Chemical Engineering Curriculum
What makes the chemical engineering curriculum at Kettering University so unique?
Kettering’s newest degree program allows students to put their creativity to work to synthesize new materials, transform combinations of elements of matter and develop the processes to do it all safely. For example, students work on ways to better use limited petroleum resources, or design new processes to produce life-saving antibiotics and vaccines.

Kettering University’s Chemical Engineering degree program is a strong interdisciplinary program which draws on the strengths of our exceptional faculty, curricula, laboratories, and unique co-op component.
All of Kettering University's engineering programs produce professionals with a solid foundation in chemistry, math, physics and engineering through a broad and rigorous educational experience.
