Kamp Kettering
Welcome! We're delighted to introduce you to Kamp Kettering --a one-week summer enrichment program for girls who have
just completed the 6th and 7th grades and are interested in science, math, engineering, and technology. The program takes place on the
campus of Kettering University from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. This year we offer two sessions, July 28-August 1, and August 4-8.
What's Kamp Kettering? It's an exciting opportunity to learn how much fun girls can have doing science, math, and engineering. Kampers
learn how and why chemistry makes chocolate so delicious. They take part in cool hands-on activities like soap making. They meet other girls
who share their interests. Plus, they get to know college students who love solving problems. And, Kampers meet professional women and
hear about their challenging and rewarding careers in science, math, engineering, and technology. Plus, Kamp Kettering girls who demonstrate
a desire to learn more about doing science, math, and engineering will be invited to participate in year-round activities at Kettering University.
