Master of Science in Engineering - Mechanical Design Curriculum


You are able to pursue our Master of Science in Engineering – Mechanical Design degree if you have a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited program. Engineering technology degrees will not be considered for the Engineering programs. 

The Curriculum for MSE - Mechanical Design consists of ten 4-credit courses or 40 credit hours.

Thesis or 600-Level Elective
Technical Elective -The technical elective in the Mechanical Design curriculum may consist of a 500 or 600-level course.
