This is an applied martial arts club. Students will learn:
- Practical Kicking and Punching Techniques
- Applied Self Defense Tactics
- Brazilian Jiu Jitzu Techniques
This class focuses on applied techniques that have been proven to work in real-world situations
No previous martial arts experience is required. Students practicing other martial arts styles are encouraged to join.

The Basketball Officials Meeting will be held at the Recreation Center Lobby. No experience is neccessary, training will be provided. Pay is $10 an hour and shifts are flexible. Lunch will be provided.
