Kettering Awareness Program (KAP)

The Office of Multi-Cultural Initiatives will host the 4th annual “Kettering Awareness Program” (KAP) on December 7 & 8. This two-day event gives Kettering the opportunity to share information about our institution and enhance our recruitment efforts. High school Administrators, Principals, Counselors & Coordinators from Hartford CT, Flint & Otisville MI, Brooklyn NY and Dallas & San Antonio TX will be in attendance.

T-Space Grand Opening

The T-Space Grand Opening is at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2014. All students, faculty and staff are invited.

  • 10 a.m. - Remarks from President McMahan, Dr. Tavakoli and ribbon-cutting
  • Refreshments and tours follow ribbon-cutting
  • 10:45 a.m. - Roundtable discussion on entreprenership. Dr. Tavakoli will moderate a discussion that includes President McMahan, Provost James Zhang and Kettering alumni -- Alex Barath '13; Dan Kurin '11; Dave Stenson '86; Jesse Alleyne '07; John Suh '90; Kristina Kamensky '09; Matt Gaidica '10; and Paul Glomski '99

Kettering Community Holiday Tree Lighting

Kick Off the Holiday Season with the Kettering Community!

Please join President Robert McMahan and First Lady Karen McMahan for a festive gathering to kick off the holiday season! All students, faculty and staff are invited to attend the tree lighting event on Thursday, December 4!

Our holiday celebration will feature hot chocolate, cider and other treats in BJ's Lounge. We'll conclude our festivities with our tree lighting and caroling in the Great Court.

It's the perfect time to celebrate the season with your Kettering family.
