Kagle Leadership Initiatives Tutor/Coach Orientation

Kagle Leadership Initiatives provides a great opportunity for Kettering University students to work with students in Flint and surrounding communities.

Community tutoring is held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings during weeks 2-9 Fall, Winter and spring terms, from 6-8 p.m.

The START program (Successful Tools for Achieving Realistic Targets) is geared toward 8th grade students as of a high school readiness course. The workshops run for 8 weeks and are led by Kettering University coaches.

Ski Trip Sign Up

Ski Trip sign up will be opened at 11:00am on Tuesday November 5th. The president of Outdoors Club (Eric Bettens) will be in the Great Court then to take names for the trip. No names will be added prior to 11.


Kettering University's NSBE is hosting an "A Walk For Education" (AWFE) outreach event in the Flint community. November 2nd 11am - 2pm. Please contact us if interested in volunteering. We will be distributing school supplies, scholarship information and information on college to youth in the area. Our goal is to increase awareness of the opportunities in education, particularly the stem field.
