Course Description

This course focuses on differentiating between the leadership and managerial skills that the corporate leader uses in the contenporary business environment. Additionally, this course defines and clarifies the strategic role of leadership in the modern business organization. This course also address the following issues: the impact of cultural diversity, the roles and responsibilities of the corporate leader, ethical decision making, the contextual application of practical leadership techniques, effective communication as a tool of leadership, problem solving, and practical application of the principles of leadership and followership in the contemporary business environment.
