Decision/Technology Mapping

Course Description

This seminar will provide the participant with working knowledge of a computer aided technique for faster decision making, problem visualization and dealing with complex problems. Software will be used to capture, organize, and visualize data. The session will cover the theory behind business mapping, capabilities of available public domain software, instruction on applications & creating templates. The interface with conventional software tools such as Microsoft Office will be demonstrated. Each registered participant will receive a licensed copy of Mind Manager X5Pro software.

Course Objectives

At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• Develop a visual map of complex decisions and strategies
• Efficiently capture, organize, and prioritize options and potential solutions using Mind Manager software
• Indentify gaps in knowledge or competencies
• Transfer information to and from Microsoft Office applications
• Use the techniques individually or for improved group interaction
