Cross-Cultural Communication for Global Business

Course Description

This course provides participants with practical models for communicating with business people from any culture. Participants will learn about their own cultural values and competencies. They will gain cultural insights about how people think, solve problems, and communicate from different cultures and between cultures. In addition, participants will be prepared to negotiate, manage conflict and solve problems when working with specifically selected cultures including Korea, China and India.
