This course focuses on the formulation and implementation of a company's strategy. Participants will learn techniques to understand the competitive structure of an industry and a company's position in the industry. Entry, positioning, pricing, new ventures, technology, diversification, and vertical integration decisions will be studied. The organizational issues associated with effectively developing and implementing strategies will also be analyzed. Additionally, the program incorporates an introduction to game theory and develops a tool to apply it to strategic decision making
