M&A of businesses is currently, the most reliable solution in the scenario of globalization, technological change and deregulation. This unique inter-disciplinary course gives executives the analytical framework and tools necessary for successful mergers, acquisitions and restructuring.

The program conceptually covers the entire process of M&A, from the stage of formulating a strategic plan, to the stage of post-merger integration.
