Campus Safety is a service organization which exists for the protection of the campus community. Safety Officers are on duty around the clock. Services provided are: locking and unlocking campus buildings; jump starting vehicles with dead batteries on campus; assisting students with accessing laboratories after hours (with appropriate passes); registering vehicles; responding to campus emergencies; foot and motor patrol; and enforcing parking regulations. An escort service is also provided by Campus Safety; students desiring an escort to a parking lot when leaving a campus building alone can call 810-762-9501 or stop by the Safety desk located in the Great Court of the Campus Center.
Kettering University contracts with the City of Flint Police Department for 24/7 coverage of the university and surrounding neighborhood. If for any reason you should need to contact any of the Police Officers please go to the Campus Safety booth located in the Campus Center or call them at 810-762-9501.
Lost and Found
Should an article be lost or found it should be reported to the Safety desk. All lost ID’s are forwarded to the Card Access Office. All inquiries about lost ID's can be made at the Help Desk which is located in 2-340 AB at 810-237-8324.
