Matt Jokerst has again been honored as a Power and Energy Society Scholar from the IEEE Power and Energy Society Scholarship Plus Initiative. The $2,000 scholarship is for Electrical Engineering students studying power and energy systems. A total of 228 PES Scholarship recipients were selected from 100 U.S. universities for the 2012-13 academic year.

Matt, the son of Tom and Beth Jokerst of Versailles, Ohio, is a 2009 graduate of Versailles High School. His co-op is at Dayton Power & Light DP&L in Ohio.
