Academic Advising and PIN Distribution

Mathematics advisement will be 8th week,Tuesday, May 26, 12:30 - 1 p.m., in the Math Conference Room, 2-100B AB. Pizza and pop will be served.
Applied Physics and Engineering Physics:
The scheduling and conflict resolution meeting will be 7th week, Tuesday, May 19, from 12:20-1:15 p.m. in the PAL Studio, Room 2-601 AB. Pizza and pop will be served.
The Department of Business advisement will be 7th week, Monday, May 18, at 12:30 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. in the Department of Business Lobby, Room 4-318 AB. Lunch provided. Advisement will also be held at this time for students pursuing a business minor.
Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, and Applied Biology:
Advisement sessions will be held 7th week, Monday, May 18, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.; Tuesday, May 19, 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m.; Wednesday, May 20, 10 a.m.-3:30 p.m.; Friday, May 22, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.; 8th week, Tuesday, May 26, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. See Dr. Stacy Seeley, Room 3-103 MC. Please have your course selection form completed before coming to the advising session.
Computer and Electrical Engineering:
ECE advising will be held 7th week, Monday, May 18, through Friday, May 22, in the ECE department. Students should come to the ECE department 6th week Friday to sign up for their appointment with an advisor.
Computer Science and Bioinformatics:
Advising will be done 7th-11th weeks, Monday, May 18, through Friday, June 19. Students are encouraged to meet with their advisors as early as they are able. Please contact Sarah Carlson with any questions at email@example.com.
Advising is 7th and 8th week, May 18-22, Monday-Friday, and May 26-29, Tuesday-Friday, 8 a.m - 5 p.m. in 1-700 AB, IME department.
Advising for ME freshmen and sophomore 1s is available 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday in the Academic Success Center (ASC), 3-322 AB. Advising is mandatory for freshmen. Sophomores are strongly encouraged, but not required, to meet with an advisor. Appointments can be made by calling 810-762-9775 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Wednesday, Week 7 – May 20 - 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., Rooms: 2-102A & 2-102B-MC: This is a mandatory advisement session for students registering for their final academic term at Kettering and all ME students pursuing a dual degree.
Thursday, Week 7 – May 21 – 12:25 p.m. – 1: 10 p.m.– Rooms: 2-102A & 2-102B-MC: This is a make-up advisement session for final term and dual degree students who missed the May 20 session. It is also an optional general advisement session for ME SO-II – SR-III students.
Friday, Week 9 – June 5 - 12:25 p.m. – 1:10 p.m., Rooms: 2-102A & 2-102B-MC: This is an optional make-up advisement session for ME students, including those requiring mandatory advising, as well as those registering for back-to-back academic terms. This is the last advisement session of the term, so please plan accordingly.
Advising for undecided students is available 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday in the Academic Success Center (ASC), 3-322 AB. Advising is mandatory. Appointments can be made by calling 810-762-9775 or emailing email@example.com.
All students pursuing a dual major must receive mandatory advisement from both academic departments. See dates and times listed under each major.
