MMA Club Meeting

This is an applied martial arts club. Students will learn:
- Practical Kicking and Punching Techniques
- Applied Self Defense Tactics
- Brazilian Jiu Jitzu Techniques

This class focuses on applied techniques that have been proven to work in real-world situations.

No previous martial arts experience is required. Students studying other martial arts styles are encouraged to join.

3rd Degree Black Belt: Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan
4th Degree Purple Belt (Purple w/ 3 stripes): Brazilian Jiu Jitzu
