Kettering University adopted the Kettering University Retirement Plan (the "Plan") to help you and other Employees save for retirement. As of December 31, 2009, the University merged the Kettering University Supplemental Tax Deferred Annuity Plan into this Plan, but retained the unique features that existed in the Supplemental Tax Deferred Annuity Plan prior to its merger into this Plan. Throughout this document, you will see references to the “Retirement” part of the Plan and the “Supplemental” part of the Plan.
