Arts and Authors Event - FOLA

Join Kettering's Friends of the Library and Scharchburg Archives (FOLA) for the second annual Arts & Authors Event - Friday and Saturday, October 26 & 27.  Juried artists, non-juried crafters, artist guilds, student groups, and local and nearby authors take over the Campus Center for two days, to share and sell their books and items.  A perfect place to find that one-of-a-kind item for yourself or a holiday gift.

New this year - Children's Art Workshops and Adult Writing Workshops -

Games will include Rock Band, Dance Central 2, Wii Sports, Kinect games and a wide assortment of other video, board and card games ready to play!

Good Reads Book Club Discussion

Spring Term's book is Following Atticus: Forty-Eight High Peaks, One Little Dog, and an Extraordinary Friendship by Tom Ryan, 288 pages, 2011.

The book discussion will take place on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at 12:20 p.m.  Bring your lunch and join us in the library for an engaging conversation about the book and the author.
