Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Industrial Engineering, with expertise in lean manufacturing and machining.

Scheller has found Kettering students to be fast learners who aren't afraid to ask difficult questions. Teaching what he considers to be smart achievers, he truly feels he is preparing future industrial leaders and making a direct impact on American society.

Charles White

Dr. Charles V. White, professor of Manufacturing Engineering
Ph.D. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Michigan, with expertise in forging and casting process, materials selection, failure analysis and engineering ethics.

White has more than 38 years of service at Kettering and finds that the University's cooperative professional experience distinguishes the Kettering student from one at another university. He came to Kettering/GMI because of the school's unique blend of academics with professional cooperative work approach.

Ph.D from Iowa State University, with expertise in various computer programming languages, engineering economy, manufacturing processes, and controls using ladder logic programming and ControlLogix hardware and Access Database.

Dr. Srinivas R. Chakravarthy, professor of Industrial Engineering
Ph.D. in Operations Research from the Department of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Delaware, with expertise in applied probability, applied statistics, mathematics, operations research, reliability and stochastic modeling.
