Dedication of the FIRST Robotics Community Center at Kettering University

Join us in celebration at the dedication of the FIRST Robotics Community Center at Kettering University - a vibrant space which will house eight high school robotics teams and offer unprecendented access to a host of Kettering University mentors.  This gymnasium-turned robotics center will benefit the community and its children, and prepare students to soar into a STEM degree and career.

The dedication ceremony will feature a robotics demonstration and refreshments.

Mary Bernard Presentation

Mary Bernard, Kettering University alumna, will speak about her career and experiences as an actuary, one of the best jobs in the U.S. This presentation will be held on Monday, August 11, 12:20 - 1:20 p.m., in room 2-225 AB. Lunch will be provided to the first 75 participants.

New York City Alumni Reception

Join alumni and friends in New York City for an Alumni Reception with Kettering President Robert K. McMahan.  Alumni will have the opportunity to connect with other alumni in the NYC area, hear a university update and help celebrate the 31st anniversary of the AIM program (Academically Interested Minds).
