Calendar Year-End Tax Information

Paychecks are available from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Cashier's Office, 2-210 CC on the last regular work day of December. Those that have not been picked up by that time will be taken to the Kettering mailroom so that they can be mailed to home addresses. Make sure we have your current address.

Tax Statements

Please note that Tax Statements are mailed by January 31, including W-2s to those who'd not elected to receive them electronically (for additional information on that option see Policies/Resources - Electronic W2). If you have not received your document by February 7th, you may contact the office below to inquire about your individual statement:

2008 Social Security - F.I.C.A.
The 2008 employee contribution is 6.2% on wages up to and including $102,000. In 2007 it was 6.2% on wages up to $97,500

2008 Medicare
The 2008 employee contribution is 1.45% on all wages. In 2007 it was 1.45% on all wages.
