Welcome to the Business DepartmentKettering University's undergraduate Business Program has a dual focus: to provide students with entry-level business knowledge and skills; and to enable students to be successful in on-the-job assignments through comprehensive studies in business disciplines. The curriculum provides a state-of-the-art approach to business problem solving, with an emphasis on computer capability. Presently, seven concentrations are offered in the business area, each leading to a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree. The curriculum allows for students outside the business program to earn a management minor. This minor provides students with a strong base in the functional areas of business. It is also a prerequisite for the Engineering Management Master of Science Degree and the Master of Business Administration Programs offered at Kettering University and in many cases serves as prerequisites for traditional MBA programs.
