The 2014 True Kettering Staff Award Selection Committee will be accepting nominations soon. We encourage you to start thinking about the outstanding staff members of our campus community so that you are prepared to point out someone who has done an exceptional job.  The university will honor three staff members who exemplify the True Kettering Values of Respect, Integrity, Creativity, Collaboration, and Excellence. Recipients will be announced during the Celebration of Excellence event.

Diane Peters elevated to Senior Member of IEEE

Dr. Diane Peters, Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering, has recently been elected as a Senior Member of IEEE, a level of professional recognition awarded to less than 7% of IEEE members. If you see her, please congratulate her on this achievement!

This is a mandatory advisement session for students registering for their final academic term at Kettering and all ME students pursuing a dual degree.

This is a make-up advisement session for final term and dual degree students who missed the August 27 session.  It is also an optional general advisement session for ME SOII – SRIII students.
M.E. Make-Up Academic Advisement Session

This is an optional make-up advisement session for ME students including those requiring mandatory advising as well as those registering for back-to-back academic terms.  This is the last advisement session of the term, so please plan accordingly.
M.E. Soph/Jr Academic Information Session
The Mechanical Engineering Department will host a Sophomore & Junior academic information session on Monday, August 25, 2014, from 12:25 - 1:10 p.m. in room 1819 AB. The purpose of this session is to familiarize all ME Sophomore and Junior students with the many different specialties and minors available in the ME Department and at Kettering University. In addition, academic advisement and final term registration information will be presented.

Please plan to attend. Lunch will be provided.

Innovation Quest Winners Week 2 Summer 2014

An amazing second week challenge comes to an end with Tyler Locke and Jerico M. Markel winning the competition. Their sling launched the projectile the furthest to win $100 and a chance to participate in the Innovation SuperQuest.
