Toledo Chapter Mancy's Steakhouse Dinner Reception - November 2, 2004

Steve McEwen '54 and his wife Joan.Election night did not stop approximately 40 alumni, students, and guests from gathering at Mancy's Steakhouse for a pleasurable evening.

The guests listened to presentations from Dr. John, the Co-op manager for the state of Ohio, Karen Westrick, and the Toledo Chapter President, Brad Ring '97. The topics of discussion ranged from "which direction is Kettering heading" to current Co-op statistics in the Toledo area.

The Chapter recognized Dr. John's upcoming retirement and accomplishments with the school by presenting him with a specially embroidered Toledo Mud Hens hat and a plaque.

The Toledo Chapter is already discussing events for next year. They are looking into the possibilities of a Toledo Mud Hens game, another speaker and dinner reception, or possibly even a family picnic.
