Tennessee Golf Outing - Friday, October 13, 2006
The temperature in East Tennessee was chilly by southern standards, but very comfortable as compared to Michigan’s 40 degrees on October 13th, 2006.

Twenty-eight alumni and friends enjoyed golf at the Tanasi Golf Club at Tellico Village along with dinner and lies about all those putts that just “lipped out”. The team of Jim Kinsey ’57, son David, Lyn Hollis ’67 and friend Myra Germihac scorched the course with a score of 52 in the scramble format.

Bill Henderson ’64, Mike Crosby ’61, Chuck Stridde ’61, and Harry Westcott ’61 were event runners’-up, earning the ever popular Kettering golf crying towels.
Larry Beaham ’59, the event’s second oldest participant won the straightest drive competition and a golf pro shop gift certificate.
