Durham Bulls vs. Richmond Braves Baseball Game - June 6, 2008

On an unusually hot, humid day in Durham, North Carolina, thirty-two alumni, current Kettering students, co-op employers, guests and Kettering staff members enjoyed a tasty buffet and high scoring baseball game at the Home Run Patio. The Durham Bulls won with a score of 10-2. David Wilke, ’84 grad Nathan Wilke’s 10-year-old son, caught one of the home run balls! A fireworks display rounded off the enjoyable evening. Everyone had a great time and looks forward to the next alumni event.

The Randazzo family, Meredith, Jonas, and Rob ’94, traveled from New Bern, NC. Rob received a Kettering short-sleeved windshirt as recognition of traveling the farthest. Rob is a helicopter pilot for the US Marine Corps.
The Home Run Patio - appropriately named with two home runs landing on the canopy!
