Detroit Lions Game, Detroit Alumni Chapter - December 5, 2004

They managed to bring 100 alumni and friends to Fishbone's Rhythm Café and Ford Field on Sunday, December 5, 2004. The alumni family and friends wore their Lions blue and silver "Kettering University Undefeated Football T-shirts" and their fan zone name tags to show their support to both Kettering and the Lions. The hometown Lions defeated the visiting Arizona Cardinals 26 to 12.

Over 50 alumni, friends, and family filled their tummies before the 1:00 game. They enjoyed an all you can eat seafood and breakfast buffet also jammed pack with first class desserts. Some of the attendees of the game day brunch were University President, Dr. James John, Greg Slota, the Detroit Chapter President, and Brad Ring, the Toledo Chapter President.

The Detroit Chapter is the process of planning am alumni chapter event this spring. They are looking into having it at the Automobile Hall of Fame Museum in Dearborn.
