View of the Season Opener of the Cleveland Cavaliers at Gund Arena.Cleveland alumni, family, friends, and students experienced excitement at the season opener for the Cleveland Cavaliers on November 3, 2004 at Gund Arena. In a double overtime game, alumni and guests sat on the edge of their seats as they reluctantly watched their home team lose to the Indiana Pacers.

Before the game everyone gathered at Frank and Pauly's Italian Restaurant for good food and drinks. Topics of conversation ranged from fraternities to Co-op experiences. Many of the Alumni present reminisced with Karen Westrick, their Co-op manager for Ohio.

The Cleveland Chapter is looking for ideas for an event next year. There is talk of hosting an event at a baseball game, golf outing, or attending a Cleveland Browns game next year.
