Girls Having Fun with STEM!

Welcome! We're delighted to introduce you to Kamp Kettering --a one-week pre-college, career exploration day camp that provides a diversity of hands-on experiences in science, technology, engineering, and math for girls who are entering the 7th and 8th grades this fall.  The program takes place on the campus of Kettering University from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.

What's Kamp Kettering? It's an exciting opportunity to learn how much fun girls can have doing science, math, and engineering. Kampers learn how and why chemistry makes chocolate so delicious. They take part in cool hands-on activities like soap making. They meet other girls who share their interests. Plus, they get to know college students who love solving problems. And, Kampers meet professional women and hear about their challenging and rewarding careers in science, math, engineering, and technology. Plus, Kamp Kettering girls who demonstrate a desire to learn more about doing science, math, and engineering will be invited to participate in year-round activities at Kettering University.
