Co-op Opportunities provide Hands-on Experience Applying Physics to the Real World

One of the most attractive features of a Kettering University education is the integration of top-notch classroom instruction, laboratory practice, and career directed co-op work experience in business and industry. Students alternate between 11-week periods of school and work at one of over 650 corporate affiliate companies, at over 850 locations world-wide. In addition to providing students with self-management in a industrial business environment where they receive first-hand knowledge of how physics is applied outside the classroom, the typical co-op experience allows a student to earn between $40,000 and $65,000 during their five years at Kettering University. A full 100% of all Kettering graduates are gainfully employed or attending graduate school within 6 months of graduation.
