The mathematics faculty at Kettering University are dedicated to their students and to their research activity. Several have extensive industrial experience while others have received the Kettering University Alumni Association's Outstanding Teaching Award. Several are also very active in research and consulting and regularly publish their work in some of the most respected journals. Their areas of expertise span a broad range of mathematical disciplines, including delay differential equations, dynamical systems, elasto-hydrodynamics, electromagnetics, graph theory, computational thermo-fluids, molecular dynamics, queuing theory, stochastic processes, and warranty/risk analysis.
