The personal papers of former General Motors President Harlow Curtice serve as a rich source of information related to his career at GM and the boom days of the automobile industry in the 1950s.
Scrapbooks, photographs, audio and visual materials, as well as assorted memorabilia, document Curtice's mercurial rise to the top of GM. Harlow Curtice was voted "Man of the Year for 1955" by "Time" magazine for his success as head of GM.
